The App allows users to create, edit, and generate videos and images using artificial intelligence technology.
You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to use the App for any unlawful, harmful, or abusive activities, including but not limited to harassment, impersonation, or the distribution of inappropriate content.
The App may allow you to create, upload, and share videos, text, images, and other content ("User Content").
You retain all rights to your User Content. However, by using the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your User Content for the purpose of operating, promoting, and improving the App.
You are solely responsible for the User Content you create and share through the App. You agree not to upload any content that violates the rights of third parties, including copyright, trademark, privacy, or publicity rights.
By using our App's AI-powered image and video generation features, you acknowledge and agree that:
All content generated using the App (including images, videos, animations, audio, and any other AI-generated output) is created based on the prompts, inputs, and instructions provided by you, the User.
You are solely responsible for the use, publication, sharing, distribution, modification, or any other action taken with the generated content. This includes responsibility for complying with all applicable laws, local regulations, copyright rules, and platform policies.
We do not accept any responsibility or liability for how Users choose to use, share, or publish AI-generated content — including misuse, harmful or illegal activities, intellectual property violations, impersonation, privacy violations, or defamatory and misleading content.
You agree not to use the generated content for any unlawful, harmful, harassing, abusive, hateful, defamatory, or fraudulent purpose.
By continuing to use the App, you accept full legal responsibility for all outcomes resulting from your prompts and generated materials, and you agree to indemnify and hold harmless the App and its developers from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from your use of the App or its generated content.
All intellectual property rights in and to the App and its content, including but not limited to software, logos, designs, and trademarks, are owned by us or our licensors. You may not use our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the App, nor may you reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the App, unless permitted by law.
The owner retains the right to interrupt service for maintenance, system updates, or other modifications in order to maintain the highest possible level of service, provided that users are duly informed.
The owner may also choose to suspend or end the Service entirely, within the bounds of the law. In the event that the service is discontinued, the owner will work with users to allow them to remove any personal information in compliance with applicable laws.
Some features of the App may be available through a subscription plan. If you choose to subscribe, you agree to pay all applicable fees and charges.
Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as outlined in our refund policy.
We reserve the right to change subscription fees or implement new fees at any time with reasonable notice.
We may adjust the daily limits for AI video generation and AI image generation from time to time to maintain system performance, ensure fair usage, and manage server capacity. These adjustments may vary based on technical requirements, feature updates, or overall service demand.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or any applicable law.
Upon termination, your right to use the App will immediately cease, and we may delete your account and any associated User Content.
The App is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of security vulnerabilities, nor that any defects will be corrected. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the App.
In no event shall our total liability to you for all claims exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for accessing the App during the 12 months preceding the date of the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, damages, expenses, or costs (including legal fees) arising out of or in connection with your use of the App or your violation of these Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved in the courts of competent jurisdiction.
